• respond to your inquiries or concerns
• identify you on the Show when you submit a question via the Site
• for example, we may read your question and mention your name on the Show if yousend an inquiry to the Site
• confirm an order for merchandise
• your personal information is necessary to keep track of individual accounts and to contact you when needed
• process and deliver orders and obtain payment for merchandise purchased through the Site
• your personal information is necessary to obtain authorization from credit card companies as well as to ship you the goods desired
Disclosure of Personal Information
We transfer personal information to credit card companies where merchandise is purchased with a credit card for authorization purposes.
We will not transfer, disclose, sell or lease personal information we collect to any other third parties unless it is required to do so by law or unless we are sold or merged with another company in which case the other company will be asked to undertake to restrict its use of personal information to the uses described in this document.

When you send us e-mail, we will use your name and e-mail address only to respond to your inquiry. Your name and e-mail address will not be shared with anyone other than the appropriate people within the Fire 'n Idea Inc. organization who can help respond to your questions, concerns or comments.

Children's Privacy Statement (users under 13 years old)
We take our responsibilities to our younger visitors seriously. I n general, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age via our Site. We do not require children to register or to otherwise disclose personal information to participate in any of the activities within our Site.
From time to time, we may offer children the opportunity to enter promotions or contests via our Site. In each case, the child will be asked only to provide an email address as well as his or her parent's email address. Upon receipt of the information, we will send an email to the parent indicating that the child has registered, providing information on the Show and giving instructions on how the parent can remove the child from the contest. We will then use the information only to notify the contest winners and their parents that they have won. We require that the winner's parent provide us with all information needed to award the prize. Information collected during the contest will not be used or stored after the contest ends, other than as needed for legal requirements in connection with the promotion. In no event will we collect any information from children in connection with a promotion other than email address and parent's email address. In no event will we use the information other than for purposes of awarding contest prizes.
We may also post information on our Site about other promotions or contests that are open to children but that require other personal information (such as home address or hockey team) to enter. For these contests, children will be required to print a paper entry form from our Site and have their parents sign and mail or fax the form to us. Children are not permitted to provide personal information via our Site or to enter these contests online.
